ABOUT ISO
The International Student Office (ISO) is staffed by professionals of the highest caliber with comprehensive knowledge and practice of the Student Exchange and Visitor Program (SEVP) regulations issued by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and enforced by the U.S. Customs and Immigration Service (USCIS).
The International student Office services F-1 non-immigrant applicants from more than 80 countries worldwide, and active F-1 non-immigrant students already in the U.S. from all 50 states in the United States of America. More than 4,000 applicants and students are serviced by the ISO at any given time.
Inquiries from Applicants and Current Students are serviced by a case management system used by the ISO to track the resolution of both general and specialized requests. Called the “Advocate” system, direct any inquiry to:

- Primary Designated School Official (PDSO) approved by the Student Exchange and Visitor Program (SEVP)
- Designated School Officials (DSOs) that are also approved by the Student Exchange and Visitor Program (SEVP)
