How to Contact the International Student Office:
Please be advised that Harrisburg University has a case management software protocol to provide students the ability to identify specific tasks requested of the International Student Office (SEVIS, I-20s, CPT requests, H-1B RFEs, etc.) and other functional areas of the university.
When an inquiry is filed you will need to provide certain information, i.e. your full name, student ID number, an email address, and a selection of a specific task of interest to you. You will be able to attach documents to your inquiry submission. A case number is assigned to your inquiry. Once your case is received, it will be directed to a DSO or other staff member as appropriate. It is asked that you do not submit multiple inquiries until you have received a reply to your first inquiry.
You will enter an inquiry by following this link: Student Support Network and choose “International Student Inquiry” under report type.
Follow the prompts to enter the requested identifying information and to enter your specific area of interest.
